The Hotel Helios is located in Balchik, directly on the beach. The city center is approx. 300 m away. The traditional port city on the Black Sea in northeastern Bulgaria has an interesting history. In the vicinity of the hotel, there are many sights, museums, and a palace park with a botanical garden. The hotel's location directly on the beach is ideal for a successful family vacation and for guests who also want to experience and get to know the country and its people.
The resort town of Albena and the Albena Resort are only about a 10-minute drive away. Here you will find many more shopping and entertainment options, restaurants, and cafes.

This beach hotel, popular with returning guests and under very warm management, has 18 rooms, 19 studios, and 22 apartments. All rooms are air-conditioned. The hotel features a bright and friendly lobby, a reception, elevators, and a restaurant with a wonderful outdoor terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel restaurant offers excellent cuisine (barbecue, traditional Bulgarian dishes, international dishes, and various theme nights). The outdoor area includes a pool and sun terrace, sun loungers, and a pool bar and café bar. For younger guests, there is also a separate baby pool and a playground. The in-house spa offers beauty and wellness treatments (for a fee). There is live music in the evenings.

The 1-bedroom apartments (approx. 31m²) have a living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (pull-out), a separate bedroom, shower/WC, air conditioning, satellite TV, and telephone. A coffee machine is available (for a fee and at reception), as well as a kitchenette with a refrigerator and dining area. There is also a furnished balcony with a partial sea view, and the flooring is laminate.

The friendly furnished double rooms (approx. 18m²) have 2 single beds, a sofa bed, shower/WC, cable TV, telephone, mini-fridge, telephone, satellite TV, and a furnished balcony (some with a partial sea view). Double rooms for single use are also available at an additional charge.

The spacious studios (approx. 20m²) are tastefully furnished and, with otherwise the same amenities as the double rooms, feature 2 single beds, a sofa bed, a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, seating area, and a dining area.

Breakfast is served as a buffet or menu, depending on the hotel's occupancy.

Bicycle rental and water sports on the beach are offered by local providers. Yacht trips can be booked at the reception for a fee.
