Location

The dreamlike holiday accommodation is located approximately 20 km from Tivat Airport and approx. 30 km from Dubrovnik Airport. The sand/pebble beach is in direct proximity to the hotel. Numerous restaurants and cafes are just a few minutes' walk away.

Facilities

The luxurious hotel has 24 rooms and suites in the historic 18th-century building, as well as 104 rooms and suites in the new, modern residence building. Facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (each also with a terrace), two bars (Wine and Rocco Bar), a beach bar, and two conference rooms.

Accommodation

Superior Double Room (Residence)

The modern Superior Rooms (approx. 27-29 sqm) are furnished in a Scandinavian and Mediterranean style and are located in the residence building. Room amenities include a shower/WC, bathrobe and slippers, kettle, minibar, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, and a balcony. The rooms have either two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm).
The room can be booked with sea view (U04) or pool view (U26). Alternatively, it can also be booked as a Standard Room without a balcony and with a mountain view (U02). Double room = Single room for single occupancy.

Studio (Residence)

The studios (approx. 44-66 sqm) are also located in the residence building and are furnished in a Scandinavian and Mediterranean style. The studios have a bedroom and living area with a well-equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. The bedroom features either two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm). A sofa bed in the living area provides sleeping space for a third person. All other amenities are identical to the Superior Room.
The studio is also available with sea view and balcony (approx. 44-66 sqm) for an additional charge.

Sea View Suite (Residence)

The approx. 65 sqm suite in the residence building also impresses with its blend of Scandinavian and Mediterranean style. The suite offers luxury and a spacious living room with a modern, well-equipped kitchen including a coffee machine. The bedroom features two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm). All suites have a balcony and sea view.

Deluxe Double Room (Historic Building)

The Deluxe Rooms (approx. 22-39 sqm) are located in the historic part of the building. Their amenities are identical to the rooms in the residence building. The interior design here is a mix of modern and rustic style. The rooms have two twin beds (100x200 cm) or a king-size bed (200x200 cm).
Also bookable as a double room for single occupancy.

Suite (Historic Building)

The modern and rustic suite (approx. 43-72 sqm) in the historic building features a combined living and sleeping area with a king-size bed (200x200 cm). The spacious suites also have a balcony and are otherwise equipped identically to the other rooms.
