Directly on the private fine sand beach. Nestled in greenery with shady trees. The center is about 8 km away. The drive to Lamezia Terme Airport takes approximately 45 minutes.

The hotel has 265 renovated rooms, spread out like a small bungalow village within the complex. Further facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi, restaurant, and a bar. The Mediterranean outdoor area features a swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and from the 4th row at the beach. Beach towels are available for a fee by the pool and at the beach.

The rooms are equipped with bath/shower, toilet, hairdryer, satellite TV, telephone, air conditioning, minibar (for a fee), safe, and a bunk bed for the 3rd and 4th person.

These rooms have the same amenities as the Double Rooms Villini, without a bunk bed, for a maximum of 3 people.

All meals are served buffet-style. Mineral water, soft drinks, and house wine are included with meals. Soft drinks and water are available at the open bar from 10 AM to 10 PM. Wi-Fi is free in public areas. One umbrella and two sun loungers per room are included at the beach.

For guests aged 18 and over: additionally, coffee, beer, and local alcoholic beverages are available at the bar (10 AM - 10 PM).
