Day 1:
Arrival and embarkation. Afternoon visit to the Luxor Museum (3). Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 2:
Visit to the East Bank in Luxor. At 5 am, optional balloon excursion (can be booked locally).
Breakfast, visit to the East Bank, Karnak and Luxor Temples (1,2,3).
Lunch on board.
Dinner and overnight stay on board in Luxor.
Day 3:
Visit to the West Bank. In the morning, after breakfast, excursion to Thebes West to the Temple of Hatshepsut (1,2,3) with a visit to the Colossi of Memnon (1,2,3). Visit Valley of the Kings (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
Late evening departure to Esna. Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 4:
Departure from Esna.
Then continue to Aswan, where the overnight stay will also take place.
Lunch and dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 5:
In the morning, after breakfast, visit the Aswan High Dam and the Old Dam in Aswan (1,2,3).
Then visit the Temple of Philae by motorboat (1,2,3). Lunch on board.
In the afternoon, felucca sailing on the Nile (1,2,3).
Then an opportunity for a visit to a Nubian village, with the desert on one side and the Nile on the other (3).
Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 6:
You have the opportunity to explore Abu Simbel (2,3). Journey to Kom Ombo with a visit to the Double Temple (1,2,3). Dinner and overnight stay on board.
Day 7:
Continue to Esna and visit the Temple of Edfu (1,2,3). Overnight stay on board.
Day 8:
Arrival in Luxor. Departure.

Facilities

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins distributed across several decks. The main restaurant serves delicious meals. This is complemented by a cozy lounge bar. A small bazaar invites you to stroll and browse. On the spacious sun deck, there is a large pool and a bar. Bath towels are included on board.

Cabins

The tastefully furnished cabins (K2) are approx. 19 sqm and have a bathroom with bath/WC, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, video system, air conditioning, minibar, and safe.
Cabins are also available for single occupancy (K1 or KA1).

Economy Cabins

The economy cabins (EK2) are equipped like the standard cabins but are located on the lower decks and have a small porthole window.

Single Occupancy Cabin

With the same amenities as the cabins, but slightly smaller (approx. 13 sqm) and with only one bed (K1B). The window cannot be opened.

SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select Marsa Alam

Location

The newly built SUNRISE Anjum Resort Grand Select, which opened for the first time in April 2024, impresses with its modern Bohemian style. The resort is located directly on the beautiful, hotel-owned lagoon sandy beach, offering perfect conditions for snorkelers and divers. The jetty makes it easier to enter deeper water. Marsa Alam Airport is about 90 kilometers from the hotel.

Facilities

The schauinsland-reisen original hotel is built in an elegant Bohemian style and has 203 rooms and suites spread across several buildings. The complex has a reception with seating areas and an adjoining outdoor terrace. In the outdoor area of the complex, there are five different pools, including a splash pool, an infinity whirlpool, an adult-only pool (Oasis Pool), and an Island and Kidspool (all pools are heated in winter). The restaurants include the Boscage Restaurant (international cuisine, open buffet), the à la carte restaurant "Manzoku" (Asian cuisine), and "Basilico," which serves international à la carte cuisine during the day and Italian à la carte cuisine in the evening. All à la carte restaurants are included and can be visited daily with a reservation. Snacks are available at the "Indigo Terrace" bar. A total of seven different bars, one of which is adults only, offer a selection of drinks. In addition, the holiday resort has a spa area, a fitness studio, a beauty salon, a kids' club, and various shops.

The modernly furnished rooms (DSU, approx. 40 sqm) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar, seating area, and balcony.

Family Room with Bunk Beds

The family rooms (2FA) have bunk beds and the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms.

Family Suite

The rooms (2FS) have the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but are larger (approx. 50 sqm) and consist of two bedrooms separated by a door (one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds) and a bathroom with a shower and a terrace.

Junior Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (JS2, approx. 55 sqm) and with a living area.
Also available for single use (1YZ).

Junior Pool Suite

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (2YZ, approx. 60 sqm), with a small seating area and a terrace with access to a small private pool. Available for single use (1YZ).

Super Saver Room

Same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but limited availability and special price (SSZ).
Also available for single use (SSE).

Executive Suite

The Executive Suites have similar amenities to the Superior Double Rooms but are larger (ES2, approx. 70 sqm). The rooms have a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a dressing room, a bathroom with a separate shower, a seating area, and a terrace.
Also available as swim-up rooms with direct access to the sharing pool (EXG).

Junior Suite Swim Up

With the same amenities as the Superior Double Rooms, but more spacious (SUJ, approx. 60 sqm). These rooms also have access to the shared swim-up pool. Also available for single use (SUE).

Deluxe Beach Front Swim-up Suite

The rooms (S2U) are approx. 45 sqm and have a terrace with similar amenities to the double rooms. The rooms are located very close to the beach.
Also available at an additional charge with direct access to a private pool (BSD).

Anjum Jacuzzi Suite Sea View

The Anjum Jacuzzi Suite (S2J) is approx. 80 sqm and consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and one with two twin beds. The rooms have similar amenities to other rooms, plus a balcony with a jacuzzi and sea view.

All Inclusive

The main restaurant "Boscage" offers breakfast including coffee and tea and various fresh juices (7-10:30 am and late risers' breakfast 10:30-11 am on request), lunch (1-3 pm) and dinner (7-10 pm) buffet style. If needed, the following à la carte restaurants are also fully included (subject to availability with prior reservation): "Basilico" (7-10:30 am à la carte breakfast, 12:30-5 pm international cuisine, 7-10 pm Italian cuisine) and "Manzoku," which is open from 6:30-10 pm and offers Asian cuisine. Coffee, tea, and cake are served daily from 3 pm to 5 pm at the "Indigo Bar." A midnight snack is available to guests from 11 pm to 1 am in the Boscage Restaurant. Local non-alcoholic drinks are available around the clock at one of the seven bars (one of the bars is adult only). Local alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to midnight.

Sports Included

An indoor fitness studio with various CrossFit equipment is available to guests free of charge from 8 am to 8 pm. The minimum age for the fitness studio is 16 years. Also, a tennis court (available on request, floodlights for a fee), beach volleyball, darts, bocce, mini-golf, sunset meditation, water aerobics, and aerobics.
