The large, newly opened hotel complex consists of 514 rooms. The comfortably and charmingly furnished complex has a reception, several shops, an amphitheater, various bars, two buffet restaurants ("El Khan" - oriental, "Soprano Restaurant" - international cuisine), an à la carte restaurant ("Shell Fish" - seafood, once per stay, with reservation), two snack restaurants, and various bars and a café, The Bakery.
In the spacious outdoor area, there are 12 swimming pools (three of which are heated in winter) and 3 children's pools (two of which can be heated in winter). The newly built Aqua Park with 32 water slides (11 for adults and 21 for children; partly heated in winter) offers fun for young and old.
Sun loungers, umbrellas, cushions, and towels are provided free of charge at the pool and on the beach.
Guests of the "Pickalbatros Portofino Villaggio" can use all facilities of the sister hotel "Pickalbatros Portofino Vita" (RMF116).

Beachfront rooms with sea view are located directly on the beach overlooking the sea.

The modern Double Superior rooms (DSU, approx. 42-45 sqm) are equipped with a bathroom with shower/toilet, hairdryer, safe, minibar (water included), electric kettle, air conditioning, telephone (for a fee), TV, and a balcony or terrace.

The Royal Suites (SWP) are approx. 105 sqm and feature a bathroom/toilet, hairdryer, air conditioning, minibar (water included), safe, electric kettle, telephone (for a fee), TV, and a terrace with direct access to the communal swim-up pool. The rooms have two bedrooms.

The MS Nile Excellence has a total of 30 modernly furnished outside cabins spread across several decks. The reception area is bright and elegantly designed and features a reception desk. Enjoy culinary delights in the main restaurant and savor cool drinks served by the three bars on board. Additionally, there is a small bazaar and a cozy reading corner. As of Winter 2024/25, the ship will have a small fitness studio, freely accessible to all guests on board. To make your vacation perfect, you can relax on the sun deck on loungers or cool off in the pool while enjoying the fantastic views of the landscape along the Nile.
