The hotel is centrally located in Can Pastilla, just about 150 meters from the sandy beach. In the immediate vicinity, you will find a variety of shopping and leisure opportunities, as well as numerous bars and restaurants. The airport is about 4 km away, and the city center of Palma is approx. 9 km away. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity.

The hotel has 192 rooms spread over five floors, a lobby with a 24-hour reception, a bar, and a restaurant. The outdoor area features a swimming pool for adults, a separate pool for children, a sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas, and a pool bar. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the hotel.

A tourism tax, similar to a local tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
