The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the well-maintained sandy beach. Shops, bars, and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. Cala Millor, with further shopping and entertainment options, is approximately 2.5 km away.

The comfortable hotel offers a lobby with a reception, a lounge, a bar/café, and a restaurant. In the outdoor area, characterized by beautiful gardens, a spacious pool landscape with a children's pool and several terraces with loungers and umbrellas awaits guests (towels available for a deposit).

A tourism tax, similar to a tourist tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it costs €2.20-€4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
During the low season (November 1st - April 30th), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions via Schauinsland-Reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
