The hotel is located in the heart of the resort of Cala Ratjada. Various shops and entertainment facilities, as well as well-known bars and restaurants, are in the immediate vicinity. Cala Gat, the nearest bay with a fine sandy beach, is about 750 m away.

The family-run hotel consists of 2 buildings, each with 3 floors. The main building offers 41 rooms, a small lobby with a reception (staffed from 7 am to 11 pm), a common room, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace, and a bar. The second building has 10 apartments and 8 studios. In the outdoor area of the main building, there is a pool with an adjoining sun terrace, as well as sun loungers and parasols.

A tourism tax, similar to a visitor's tax, must be paid by the guest on site.
Depending on the hotel category, it is €2.20-4.40 (plus VAT) per day/person aged 16 and over.
From the 9th day of your stay in the same accommodation, the tax is reduced by 50%.
In the low season (1 November - 30 April), the tax is reduced by 75%.
Unaccompanied minors are not allowed. If minors are accompanied by adults who are not their legal guardians, the booking applicant is obliged to inquire about any additional applicable conditions from schauinsland-reisen or the travel agency before completing the booking.
