The exclusive resort is divided into 3 areas: Hotel „Il Borgo“, the Hotel and Residence „La Rotonda“, and the „Villas“, located just outside the gates of the glamorous Costa Smeralda, opposite the La Maddalena Archipelago nature reserve. In just a few minutes, you can reach the most beautiful and crystal-clear bays of the Gulf of Arzachena, separated from the hotel by only one road. The town of Cannigione, with its wonderful marina and shops and boutiques open all year round, is only 100 meters away. The public beach of Cannigione, with sunbeds and umbrellas, is just a few meters from the hotel's main pool, separated only by a road. There is a shuttle bus service to the public beach of Mannena.

The resort has a total of 96 rooms. Facilities include a reception, Wi-Fi (free at the reception, at the bar, in all rooms and by the pool), bar, piano bar, and 2 restaurants. The beautifully landscaped gardens feature 2 swimming pools (1 main pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, and a smaller pool for residence guests). Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge at the opposite beach for hotel guests.

The Classic rooms at the Resort Cala di Falco are furnished in a simple and modern Mediterranean style, featuring a telephone, television, air conditioning, and minibar (for a fee). They are equipped with a double bed for two adults, a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs. The interior style evokes the tradition of Sardinian craftsmanship with wrought-iron furniture and embroidered fabrics. The rooms are located in a central area, close to the resort's main services. (15-20 m²; located on the ground or first floor)

Suitable for two adults with the possibility of accommodating a third person up to 12 years old. Additionally, rooms can be booked with a sea view (J2M).

The suites at Resort Cala di Falco consist of a bedroom with a double bed (twin beds available upon request) and a separate, spacious, and bright living area with access to the veranda or terrace, telephone, television, air conditioning, and minibar (for a fee). The living room features a sofa bed or a pull-out sofa that can accommodate a third and fourth person up to 12 years old. The suites have a bathroom with a shower, toilet, hairdryer, and a balcony or terrace with a table and chairs.
