The hotel is located amidst tropical gardens on a quiet stretch of beach overlooking Balaclava Bay, approximately a 15-minute drive north of the capital, Port Louis. Grand Baie for shopping is about a 20-minute drive away, and the airport is approximately a 60-minute drive away.

The hotel has a total of 210 rooms offering the highest level of comfort. Facilities include a lobby with a reception and seating areas, as well as various boutiques. For culinary delights, there is a buffet restaurant, 3 specialty restaurants (Mediterranean, Indian, Pan-Asian), and 2 bars (one of which is on the beach). The well-maintained outdoor area features two heated swimming pool complexes. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge on the beach and by the pools.

The rooms (approx. 64 m²) feature a king-size bed or 2 twin beds, bath/shower/WC, hairdryer, LCD TV, safe, air conditioning, and 24-hour room service. The rooms are located on the ground or first floor and have a balcony or terrace with garden view or limited sea view.

With the same amenities as the Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View, these rooms offer direct sea views.

The rooms consist of two connecting Deluxe Double Rooms Sea View, one with a king-size bed and the other with two twin beds.

With half board booked, enjoy a rich breakfast and dinner at the "Senso" restaurant with varied and generous buffets. With full board booked, lunch is also available à la carte at the Segala restaurant.

For stays from 1st October 2025, the Republic of Mauritius will levy a tourism tax, which is to be paid by the guest locally, similar to a tourist tax. The tourism tax is €3 per person per night and must be paid by all travelers aged 12 and over.
