Location

The fantastic Golden Beach Resort complex is located between Hurghada and El Gouna directly on the coast of the Red Sea. The wide and fine sandy beach borders directly onto the hotel complex and offers a wonderful view over the turquoise-blue water (bathing shoes recommended). The shallow bay offers swimming fun for all ages. A long jetty leads out into deeper water. The center of Hurghada is approx. 10 km away. The center of El Gouna is about 15 km away. The airport is approx. 20 km away.

Facilities

The extensive hotel consists of a main building and several annex buildings, which house the total of 442 comfortably furnished rooms. Amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception. Dining options include a main restaurant with a varied buffet and four à la carte restaurants offering oriental, Italian, and Asian specialties as well as fish. The diverse range is complemented by a colorful selection of bars and a café. The beautiful outdoor area is the heart of the resort. Nestled in a lush palm garden is the attractive pool landscape with a long artificial river. A total of six pools and an aqua park with water slides ensure plenty of water fun and relaxation. Sun loungers, pool towels, and parasols are available free of charge at the pool and on the beach.

Double Room (D)

The double rooms (28 m²) are equipped with a bath and shower/WC, air conditioning/heating, TV, telephone, safe free of charge, mini-fridge, and a small balcony or terrace.
Also bookable with partial sea view (DMS) as well as for single occupancy (DE/DES).

Super Saver Room (SSZ)

The saver rooms have the same equipment as the double rooms but are slightly smaller (approx. 16-24 m²), have no balcony or terrace, and have a land view.

Double Room Sea View (DM)

Double rooms with sea view (24 m²) have the same equipment as the double rooms. The rooms feature a balcony with a sea view and are located in the main building.

Family Room (DF2)

The family rooms are located in the main building, on the land side, and are larger (37 m²) than the double rooms. No balcony or terrace, land view.

Family Room Type B (3FB)

Family rooms Type B feature two rooms with a connecting door (56 m²), a balcony or terrace with pool or garden view in the annex buildings. Please note that it may feel cramped with an occupancy of 5 people in the room.

Double Room Premium Sea Side (PSM)

The double rooms sea side are equipped like the double rooms, but larger (approx. 34 m²). They offer 2 single beds (double bed on request and subject to availability) and 2 sofa beds. Special amenities include the daily refilling of the minibar with 2x water, 2 soft drinks, and 2x beer. Also included is 1x 15-minute neck-shoulder massage (per adult), 5 laundry items, and 1x Teppanyaki menu at the Bonsai Restaurant free of charge.

Premium Family Room (HRGA24 from Summer 2026)

The premium family room offers a king-size bed, a sofa bed, as well as air conditioning/heating, TV, and Wi-Fi. The rest of the equipment is similar to the double rooms (approx. 34m², PF2).

Children's program

Regular German-speaking childcare (for children aged 4-12 years), hourly in age-appropriate groups. Additionally, there are kids' shows, activity days, and children's parties as well as regular minidiscos. Kids have access to a playground, a separate children's pool (50 cm deep), and three water slides in the Aqua Park.
