The hotel is centrally located in Patong, situated directly on a side street. The public beach can be reached in approximately 2 minutes on foot. Numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment venues are in the immediate vicinity. The transfer time from the airport is approximately 60 minutes.

The attractively designed boutique resort features a total of 184 rooms spread across a 4-story main building and a 3-story annex. Facilities at this modern, Thai-style hotel include a tasteful open-air lobby area with a reception and seating areas. Culinary delights are provided by the "Kantok" restaurant, serving Thai delicacies. Additionally, cold drinks and tasty snacks are served at the "Misty Bar" and the "Pool Bar." In the lovingly landscaped gardens, adorned with tropical vegetation, the spacious pool area with 2 swimming pools and sun terraces invites guests to relax and unwind. Sun loungers, parasols, and pool towels are available free of charge at both pools.

The Premier Collection double rooms (approx. 28 m²) are equipped with shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (Deutsche Welle), minibar (2 soft drinks, 2 bottles of mineral water refilled daily, complimentary), safe, coffee/tea making facilities, and a French balcony with garden view (PD2).
