The hotel is located on a quiet side street, approx. 200 m from the long sandy beach. The center with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops is within a few minutes' walk. The transfer from Phuket Airport takes approx. 1 hour.

The complex with 325 rooms, spread across four buildings, features a large, friendly lobby lounge, a coffee shop, a beauty salon, a hairdresser, and an Italian restaurant. Further facilities include 2 swimming pools and a children's pool. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool.

All rooms (approx. 27m²) have a bath or shower/WC, air conditioning, safe, telephone, satellite TV (Deutsche Welle), minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms are located in the Gardenwing (DSU/ESU).

With the same amenities, slightly more spacious (approx. 37 m²) and located either in the multi-story main building or in the Gardenwing (DD2/DD1).

These rooms, with the same amenities as the Superior rooms, are more spacious (approx. 42 m²) and feature a bathtub and a shower, as well as a balcony or terrace. They are located in the main building or in the Gardenwing (P2D/P1D).
