The hotel is idyllically and quietly located directly on the 5 km long, white sandy beach of Bang Tao Beach. Nestled in a vast palm grove, the complex blends harmoniously into the landscape. The center of Patong with numerous restaurants, bars, shopping, and entertainment facilities is about a 35-minute drive away. A shuttle service to Patong and Phuket town is offered once daily (subject to availability, for a fee). The transfer time to Phuket Airport is approx. 45 minutes.

The well-maintained complex has 264 rooms spread across the main building and several outbuildings. Facilities include a spacious reception area with an attractive, open lobby and reception, and a mini-market. For culinary delights, there are 2 open-air restaurants: The "Garden Café" serves a variety of Thai and international delicacies, and a snack bar. The "Thai Seafood Restaurant" offers Thai specialties and seafood with breathtaking sea views. Cool drinks and delicious cocktails are served in the lobby bar. In the extensive gardens, 2 large swimming pools with an integrated children's pool, a whirlpool shaded by palm trees, sun terraces, and a pool bar invite you to relax and linger. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool; bath towels are provided in the room.

The tastefully furnished rooms (approx. 32 sqm) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (Deutsche Welle), safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a small balcony facing the garden or pool (DSU).
