The Atlantica Akti Zeus hotel is located directly on the long sandy/pebble beach of Ammoudara. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous shops and entertainment options, and a bus stop is only about 120 m away. The center of Heraklion can be reached in about 12 km. Heraklion Airport is also easily accessible and is located about 15 km from the hotel.

The family-friendly resort has 368 rooms spread across 3 buildings and offers a lobby with a 24-hour reception, elevator, 1 buffet restaurant, 2 à la carte restaurants (Italian and Greek; both for a fee, reservation required), several bars, a wine cellar, souvenir shop, jeweler, and a mini-market. Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort. The well-maintained garden area features a hotel-owned water park with several slides (admission included, bar in the water park for a fee) as well as 2 swimming pools with sun terrace and pool/snack bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Bath towels can be rented for a deposit. Parking spaces at the hotel are included, subject to availability.

The modernly furnished rooms have a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, double bed or 2 single beds, telephone, LCD TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, mini-fridge, safe for rent, coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony or terrace (D). For a 3rd or 4th person, there are additional beds (DA/DB).

With the same amenities as the double rooms, a sliding door (not available in all rooms) separates additional sleeping spaces (DF2).
Also bookable as a Superior Family Room with a separate sleeping area (F2U).

The spacious suites, with the same amenities as the double rooms, consist of a living/sleeping area and a separate bedroom (no connecting door) (S2).

All Inclusive
Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM), lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM), and dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) are served buffet-style. Vegetarian and gluten-free meals are also available. Occasionally, there are themed dinner nights.
Once per stay, you can have dinner at the Greek à la carte restaurant (reservation required).
Various snacks are available during the day from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and coffee, tea, and pastries are served in the afternoon from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM. Snacks are available at the lobby bar after 11:00 PM.
Local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the open bars from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM.
Appropriate attire is requested for dinner!
