The modern hotel "BIO Suites" is located in Rethymnon, approx. 600 m from the historic center around the Fortezza fortress. In the immediate vicinity of the hotel, you will find numerous shops, restaurants, and cafes. The beautiful long sandy beach is only approx. 50 m away, and a private beach section is only approx. 200 m from the hotel. Chania Airport is approx. 69 km away, and Heraklion Airport is approx. 84 km away.

The hotel offers a total of 146 renovated accommodations, with a reception hall renovated in 2023 with a 24-hour reception (the main entrance was also renovated in 2023), a lounge area with seating and satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), internet corner (included), 3 elevators, luggage storage, a bar renovated in 2023, and the restaurant renovated in 2023. The beautiful outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool, a children's pool, and a sun terrace. A pool/snackbar is available in the pool area. Towels for the pool area are provided by the hotel. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool and at the nearby private beach section.

The tastefully furnished rooms feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, toiletries, bathrobes and slippers, safe, individually adjustable air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone (for a fee), Wi-Fi, a combined living/sleeping area with a kitchenette (refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), coffee/tea station (refilled daily), and a balcony or terrace. Upon arrival, a bottle of water, a bottle of wine, and fruit (U2S).

Breakfast buffet. Half board includes a dinner buffet with a wide selection. The cuisine primarily uses regional olive oil.
Half Board Plus includes drinks (draught beer, red or white wine, soft drinks, juices, and water) during meals.
Meals can also be taken in the à la carte restaurant (for a fee).
Appropriate attire is requested in the restaurant.

Breakfast buffet from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch buffet (1:00 PM - 3:00 PM), and dinner buffet (6:15 PM - 9:15 PM). During lunch and dinner, guests can enjoy unlimited house wine, draught beer, soft drinks, and water. Snacks and cakes are available at the hotel bar from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Ice cream is also available in the afternoon from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
From 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM, non-alcoholic drinks such as soft drinks, water, juices, coffee (Greek coffee, filter coffee, iced coffee, espresso, cappuccino), and alcoholic beverages such as draught beer, house wine (red, white, and rosé), local spirits (Raki, Brandy, Ouzo), and international drinks (Vodka, Gin, Rum, Tequila, Whiskey, Vermouth, Aperitifs, Liqueurs, Long Drinks, selected cocktails) are included at the bar.
