The hotel complex is located in the small village of Gouves, about 8 km from Chersonissos, just a few minutes' walk (approx. 300 m) from several pebble/sand coves. In the immediate vicinity, there are various bars and restaurants. The distance to Heraklion Airport is approx. 15 km.

This modern holiday complex features 450 rooms spread across 3 floors, a welcoming reception area with a 24-hour front desk, Wi-Fi (included), elevator (not in all buildings), Dionysos main buffet restaurant (Greek and international cuisine), Camino Pizzeria, Zorbas Gyros and Texas Burger (12 PM-6 PM), an Asian à la carte restaurant, a Greek Meze restaurant, and a lounge bar with an outdoor terrace. The garden area offers 5 freshwater pools (one heated April, May, and October) with separate children's pools, a small water park (for children up to 6 years old), a Splash water park (for children aged 6-12), a water park with 6 slides, several pool bars, an amphitheater, and a mini-market (for a fee). Sun loungers and umbrellas are included on the sun terrace. Beach towels are available free of charge.

The rooms are modernly equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, Wi-Fi (included), safe (included), telephone, satellite TV, minibar (refilled every 2 days with non-alcoholic drinks), individually controlled air conditioning/heating (included), and a balcony or terrace (D/DA).

The comfortably furnished family suites feature a bathroom with shower/WC, hairdryer, individually controlled air conditioning, Wi-Fi (included), telephone, minibar, satellite TV, a separate bedroom with air conditioning, additional amenities in the bathroom, and a balcony or terrace (2FS).

Alternatively, family suites can also be booked at an additional charge with a terrace, sun loungers, and direct access to the sharing pool (S2O). Children can only be booked in the Family Suite with access to the sharing pool (S2O) from the age of 5.
The sharing pool is not supervised by a lifeguard. Please act with care and pay special attention when using this area.

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10:30 AM) is an American buffet at the Dionysos main restaurant. Late continental breakfast (10:30 AM - 11:00 AM). Lunch (12:30 PM - 2:30 PM) is a lavish buffet at the Dionysos main restaurant.
Snacks such as gyros, burgers, and freshly baked pizza are available from 12 PM to 6 PM.
Dinner (6:30 PM - 9:30 PM) is a buffet with show cooking and weekly themed nights at the Dionysos main restaurant. Once per stay, you can enjoy dinner at the Asian à la carte restaurant or the Greek Meze restaurant (reservations required, bottled mineral water included, other drinks at extra charge).
From 10 AM to 11 PM, local brand soft drinks, coffee (filter coffee, espresso, cappuccino), tea, local draft beer, house wine (red, white, and rosé), imported spirits (raki, brandy, ouzo, rum, gin, tequila, whiskey, vodka), long drinks, and selected cocktails are included at the respective open bar. All orders after 11 PM and premium spirits are subject to an additional charge.

Gym (10 AM - 6 PM), table tennis, and padel (rackets/floodlights for a fee), volleyball, darts, and mini-football.

Billiards, as well as various water sports on the beach such as surfing, pedal boats, or sailing offered by local providers.

Kids' club (4-12 years), playground, 2 children's pools (10 AM - 6 PM), children's entertainment and mini disco 7 times a week, mini soccer, high chairs in the restaurant and baby cots included.

Spa center (10 AM - 6 PM) with massages, beauty and facial treatments, manicure and pedicure, mud wraps, anti-aging treatments, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool, and soap therapy (available upon request and for a fee).

Daily room cleaning, bed linen and towel change 3 times a week.
