The hotel complex consists of a main building and various bungalow buildings surrounded by a beautiful garden. A narrow road separates the complex from a small bathing cove. The lively center of Hersonissos is about 1 km away. Heraklion Airport is approx. 25 km from the hotel.

The hotel, designed in traditional Cretan architectural style, features 204 rooms and offers a reception, lounge, satellite TV corner, internet corner, Wi-Fi in the lobby (included), main bar with terrace, restaurant, mini-market, and an indoor pool. Inside, there are 2 swimming pools and a children's pool, as well as a beach bar located directly by the sea. Umbrellas and loungers are available free of charge by the pool and for a fee on the beach.

The rooms are furnished in a typical local style and feature a bath or shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (included), mini-fridge, and a balcony or terrace (D). Optionally available as a super-saver room (SSZ) or with a lateral sea view for an additional charge (DMS/DIS). Also bookable for single occupancy (DE).

These rooms, bookable for guests aged 12 and over, offer direct access to a shared pool (SH2) and have the same amenities as the double rooms. Guests receive a welcome package upon arrival (wine, water, and fruit).

Breakfast (7:30 AM - 10 AM), lunch (1 PM - 2 PM), dinner (6:30 PM - 9 PM) in the main restaurant "Alexander" with vegetarian, international, and Greek dishes. Sandwiches and ice cream are available at the beach bar from 12 PM to 6 PM. Coffee, tea, beer, and wine are served at the lobby bar from 6 PM to 11 PM. Additionally, guests have access to the à la carte restaurants of other "Herostels" All Inclusive hotels (reservations required). Local soft drinks, juices, beer, wine, ouzo, raki, a selection of international alcoholic beverages, coffee, and tea are included from 10 AM to 11 PM at the open bar.
