Located directly on the gently sloping sandy beach, only approx. 35 km from Heraklion, the lively capital of the island of Crete, and only 300 meters from the vibrant center of Malia.

The small Schauinsland-Reisen original property presents itself with great attention to detail in a modern design.
Together with the very warm and helpful attitude of the owner Loula and her equally warm team, nothing stands in the way of a typical Greek holiday "like with friends".
Hospitality is lived here. The complex has a total of 57 rooms, spread across several buildings. Additionally, a reception with a small lobby, a swimming pool with a sun terrace, a children's pool, and a pool/snackbar are offered. Sunbeds and umbrellas are included by the pool, and for a fee on the beach.

The comfortably furnished studios (AST), located in the annex building, are equipped with a double bed and feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe (for a fee), kitchenette with a 2-burner hob, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea station), a bathroom with bathtub or shower/WC, and a furnished balcony or terrace with garden view.
Also bookable as a 3-bed room (S2B) or for single occupancy (S1B).
The rooms are located in the annex building, across the street. The beach is approx. 250 m from the rooms.

The studios with side sea view (M2S) in the main building have side sea views, with otherwise identical amenities to the studios Type A.

The apartments with side sea view (2AS/AIS), located in the main building, are equipped with a combined living/sleeping area with sleeping facilities for up to 2 people (sofa beds) and feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, safe (for a fee), kitchenette with a 2-burner hob, microwave, mini-fridge, and coffee/tea station), a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a furnished balcony with side sea view.
