The hotel, designed in the typical Nubian style, has 295 rooms spread across the main building and five annexes. Hotel amenities include a spacious lobby with a reception and comfortable seating areas. Various shops also invite guests to browse. For culinary delights, there are two buffet restaurants (international and Italian) and two à la carte restaurants ("Bordiehn's Restaurant" - reservation required, drinks at a charge, and "Al Raouche" - Lebanese cuisine - for a charge), several bars, and a café. An outdoor music pub completes the offering.
In the extensive garden area, there are two freshwater pools (one heated) and a separate, heated children's pool.

The ship has a friendly reception and a total of 72 beautiful outside cabins spread across several decks. The main restaurant offers delicious dishes for your culinary enjoyment.
