In the generously designed outdoor area, there is a large, lagoon-like pool landscape with several pools (1 of which is heated from November to April) and a separate fun area for children with slides and fountains (1 heated children's pool). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and towels are provided free of charge on the sun terraces and at the beach.
The water park of the neighboring hotel "Beach Albatros" with its 18 slides, 11 of which are for adults and 7 for children, can be used free of charge.

The modern rooms (D) are approx. 36 m² in size and have a shower/WC, hairdryer, telephone, LCD satellite TV, minibar (daily refill with water and soft drinks included once per stay), kettle, safe (included), air conditioning, and a balcony or terrace with garden view.

Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in Water Valley) can be booked for an additional charge at many hotels. The park includes over 100 different water attractions for young and old. The price of €70 for adults and €35 for children up to 11 years (from Summer 2026: €75 for adults and €38 for children) includes daily free entry with snacks and soft drinks, as well as transfer from/to the hotel of accommodation.

For the little guests, the hotel offers a mini club (4-12 years), a children's pool, and children's water slides.
