Four different buffet restaurants ("L'Asiatique"-Asian, "Le Marche"-International, "Culina"-Seafood, "Sidi Ali"-Oriental cuisine), an à la carte restaurant, a shisha corner (for a fee), various bars, as well as a hairdresser and boutiques are available. The "Dolce Vita Lounge Bar", newly opened in summer 2023, impresses with its luxurious atmosphere and delicious cocktails. In the outdoor area, the pool landscape extends across a total of 9 swimming pools (some heated in winter), four of which have integrated children's areas and a children's pool, 13 slides for adults and 9 slides for children, ensuring plenty of water fun. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge at the pools and on the beach.

The Bungalow Garden View (BG2) have a size of approx. 30 m² and are equipped with a double bed or two single beds, shower/WC, tiles, air conditioning, telephone, safe (incl.), satellite TV, mini-fridge (1 bottle of water per person per day included), kettle and balcony or terrace.

The Suites Sea View (S2M) have the same amenities as the Bungalow Garden View, but are more spacious (approx. 48 m²) with a living-bedroom and a separate bedroom. The rooms are located in the main building.

Breakfast buffet from 7-10 AM, late breakfast from 7-10:30 AM, lunch from 12:30-2:30 PM, and dinner in summer from 6:30-9:30 PM, in winter from 6:30-8:30 PM. Various snacks are always available for hunger. Coffee/tea, cakes, and pastries in the afternoon. Ice cream for adults and children from 1-5 PM. All local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks from 10 AM to midnight at the respective open bars. Selected cocktails are already included in the All-Inclusive offer without extra charge. Alcoholic drinks must be paid for after midnight. Soft drinks, water, and hot drinks are free of charge.

Unlimited access to the Neverland Aqua Park (consisting of the former Jungle Aqua Park and a newly built slide park in the Water Valley) can be booked at an additional charge in many hotels.
