The beautiful hotel complex extends over nine small islands, on which the various hotel buildings are spread out. The island landscape is connected by wooden bridges. Surrounded by crystal-clear lagoons and beautiful sandy beaches, the location creates a very special atmosphere that immediately evokes a holiday mood. The hotel is located approx. 25 km north of Hurghada, just a few minutes' drive from the center of El Gouna with its various shops, restaurants, and bars. The resort, designed by the famous architect Michael Graves, with 339 rooms fascinates with its colorful combination of Arabic and Nubian style and its location amidst a beautiful, exotic garden complex. The comfortable amenities include a spacious lobby with reception, several well-maintained lounges, various shops, a hairdresser, and a beauty salon. Indulge in culinary delights at the main restaurant "Miramar" and the two à la carte restaurants. Various bars are scattered throughout the beautiful complex, including the impressive "Miramar Bar," which offers light snacks and drinks. In the outdoor area, guests can enjoy the large pool landscape (partially heated) with comfortable sun terraces. Sun loungers, mattresses, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. The beach with its turquoise lagoons invites you to swim. From the hotel complex, you can also walk to the public island beach "Zeytouna Beach" and the "Zeytouna Beach Pier."

The cozily furnished rooms (DSU) have been freshly renovated and have a size of approx. 38 m². The rooms feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea maker, safe, and a balcony or terrace with a view of the hotel's own lagoon. Also bookable as a double room for single use (DEU). (Available under HRGA16 with SL2/SL1 or as Beachfront (BF2/BF1)).

The rooms (P2D) feature a walk-in shower, WC, hairdryer, individually adjustable air conditioning, telephone, LCD TV, minibar (refilled daily with soft drinks), coffee and tea maker, seating area, safe, and a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a partial sea view and have been renovated. (Additionally bookable under HRGA16 with PDZ/PSD.)

The newly renovated Beachfront Deluxe Rooms (BF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms but are located in the first row of the beach. Also bookable for single use (BF1).

The Family Rooms (DF2) offer the same amenities as the double rooms, but consist of two rooms with a connecting door.

The Junior Suite (JS2) offers the same amenities as the double rooms, but is more spacious (approx. 52 m²) and has an open living area. Also bookable for single use (JS1).

The main restaurant "Miramar" offers breakfast (7-10:30 AM) and dinner (6-9:30 PM) as a buffet. Lunch is served in the "Miramar" or "Waves" restaurant. Local beer, local spirits, and local wines, soft drinks, ice cream, tea, mineral water, and coffee are included around the clock at the respective open bar. Drinks in the minibar are also included (daily refill of soft drinks). ATTENTION: When booking Ultra All Inclusive, the Club Package is not included. The meals according to the program must be booked, otherwise the Club Package will not be included.

The Dine-Around program offers guests with half board, full board, or all-inclusive a special culinary experience. Guests can dine in participating restaurants in other hotels – without any additional cost for the food (drinks excluded). Depending on the length of stay, guests can use the Dine-Around offer multiple times: once for stays of four nights or more, up to 3 times for five to seven nights, and up to 4 times for eight nights or more. Guests of 5-star hotels have access to all participating restaurants. Guests from a 3 or 4-star hotel can dine in establishments of the same category – an upgrade to a 5-star restaurant is possible for a small fee.
