The Villa Patriarca hotel is a classic Italian manor house from the past. Lovers of fine dining in particular will get their money's worth at the star-rated restaurant "i Salotti". Located directly on the border between the Tuscany and Umbria regions, it is the perfect base for exploring the Italian interior. Restaurants, bars, and shopping facilities can be found in the immediate vicinity.

The elegant house has 22 rooms over 2 floors. Further facilities include a reception with lobby, a bar, 2 restaurants ("La Taverna" and "I Salotti"), laundry service (for a fee), a reading area, and Wi-Fi, which is included throughout the property. In the well-maintained outdoor area, there is also a garden with a pool, sun loungers, and parasols (May–October).

Tastefully furnished, the rooms feature a bath or shower, toilet, bidet, hairdryer, telephone, satellite TV, safe, minibar, heating, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. Also bookable for single occupancy (DE) or as a Superior room (DSU).

Breakfast buffet is served from 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Half board can be booked on-site and is served in one of the 2 restaurants: "I Salotti" (gourmet restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide, open Wednesday to Sunday from April to October) or "La Taverna del Patriarca" (open for lunch and dinner every day except Thursday). Both are excellent restaurants featuring typical Tuscan dishes and fresh ingredients from the local area.
