The new luxury hotel is situated against the impressive backdrop of the Hajar Mountains and directly on the hotel's private sandy beach, offering spectacular views of the Indian Ocean. Dubai Airport (DXB) is approximately 150 km away.

The unique beach resort offers 198 rooms spread across 7 floors.
Facilities include a 24-hour reception, the buffet restaurant "The Restaurant" and the à la carte "Salia Beach Restaurant" (reservation required), a lounge cafe, and various bars.
The beautifully designed outdoor area features three swimming pools. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included by the pool and on the beach. A fitness club is available for physical activity.

With approximately 38 m², these rooms are very spacious and all Deluxe Double Rooms (DD2/DD1) feature a bath/shower/toilet, hairdryer, TV, telephone, Wi-Fi, safe, minibar (for a fee), air conditioning, iron and ironing board, as well as coffee/tea making facilities, mountain views, and a French balcony. Upon request and for an additional charge, rooms with a balcony and pool view, or a sea view with a balcony are also available.
