The complex is located directly on the long, fine sandy beach with a gentle slope. Midoun, with its shopping and entertainment facilities, is about 5 km away, and the airport is approx. 25 km away.

The popular and family-friendly hotel complex consists of a main building and has a total of 427 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with reception, 1 buffet restaurant, 1 à la carte restaurant with table service (set menu, once per stay), 1 beach snack restaurant (summer 12 PM - 6 PM), 2 lobby bars, and souvenir shops. The outdoor area features 3 swimming pools with a children's pool and waterslide, and sun terraces. Sun loungers and umbrellas are available free of charge by the pool and on the beach; towels can be rented for a deposit.
