The hotel is located on the southwest coast of Sri Lanka, directly on the sea. The town of Kalutara, with its restaurants and shops, is approx. 3 km away. Colombo International Airport is approx. 80 km away.

The hotel has 119 luxurious rooms and 10 suites spread over three floors. It offers a friendly reception area with a reception desk, a concierge service, and a shopping arcade. Culinary delights await guests in the main restaurant "Ranthalu" and in two à la carte restaurants serving Japanese and seafood specialties. Two bars are available for refreshments and light snacks. In the well-kept tropical garden, a swimming pool with a whirlpool, a swim-up pool bar, and a separate children's pool invite guests to relax. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge for guests.

The Deluxe Rooms (approx. 38 sqm) have a shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV (Deutsche Welle), minibar (for a fee), safe, coffee/tea maker, and a balcony or terrace facing the sea.
