The adults-only hotel Giannoulis Santa Marina Plaza, which can be booked for guests aged 16 and over, is located directly on the sandy beach and is only approx. 8 km from Chania town. The center of Agia Marina with its many shops and tavernas is within walking distance.

The adults-only holiday hotel has 51 luxurious rooms, a reception area, 24-hour reception, a main restaurant, two à la carte restaurants and a bar. In the beautifully designed outdoor area, there is a freshwater swimming pool with a sun terrace and a pool/snack bar (10 am-midnight). Beach towels, loungers, and umbrellas are included by the pool and on the beach. Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel complex.

The rooms are spacious and feature a bath or shower/toilet, slippers, bathrobes, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV with music channels, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea maker, radio, telephone, safe (for rent), balcony or terrace with pool view (PD/PID).
