The beautiful hotel complex is located in Agios Ioannis, directly on the hotel's private sandy/pebble beach. The center with numerous shopping and entertainment options is about 3 km away. A bus stop, various restaurants, and supermarkets are located in the immediate vicinity. The distance to the airport is approximately 16 km.

The hotel has a total of 18 rooms. Amenities include a lobby with reception, free Wi-Fi, TV area, restaurant with terrace, bar, and parking facilities. The well-maintained outdoor area features a swimming pool with sun terrace and a pool bar. Sun umbrellas and loungers are provided free of charge by the pool; they are available for a fee at the beach.

The lovingly furnished double rooms have a shower/WC, individually adjustable air conditioning (for a fee), refrigerator, satellite TV, Wi-Fi (for a fee), safe, and a balcony or terrace with garden view (2GD). Optionally, rooms with sea view (DM) are also available with the same amenities.

With the same amenities as the double rooms, these are more spacious and feature a bunk bed (DF2).
