Facilities
The elegant adults-only hotel (for guests aged 15 and over) has a total of 108 accommodation units spread across several buildings with elevators. The main building houses the 24-hour reception with a lobby. Wi-Fi is included throughout the resort.
For your culinary enjoyment, the "Dyo Elies Restaurant" offers delicious flavors from a rich buffet, with dishes prepared using local ingredients. Culinary delights are also available at the "Callao" beach bar restaurant, open all day.
The outdoor area features two swimming pools with sunshades and loungers, as well as the "Bliss" lounge & pool bar. Sun loungers and umbrellas are included by the pool, and available for a fee on the beach. Pool towels are provided free of charge.

Double Room "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview"
The "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview" double rooms, decorated in bright, natural colors, offer all the amenities for a relaxing holiday. The rooms feature a king-size bed or twin beds, a bathroom with shower/WC, high-quality toiletries, hairdryer, bathrobes and slippers, air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, safe, pillow menu, 24-hour concierge service, mini-fridge, coffee/tea station, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The furnished balcony with breathtaking views of the bay and the small fishing village of Kalami invites you to dream (DM/MB2).
Guests receive a welcome drink upon arrival.
Double Room Lavish Sea View
These double rooms, with the same amenities as the "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview" double rooms, have been freshly renovated, are elegantly furnished, and are slightly more spacious (DMU/DIM).
Double Room Deluxe Sea View
The more spacious Deluxe rooms with stylish design are a luxurious retreat. They feature the same amenities as the "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview" double rooms, a modern bathroom, and a sofa bed for the 3rd person (DDM/DAM/MDI).
From the furnished balcony, you can enjoy views of the azure sea and the shimmering bay of Kalami.
Double Room Ultima Sea View
The Ultima double rooms with sea view, renovated since Summer 2025, are more spacious than the "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview" double rooms with otherwise identical amenities and additionally feature a large sliding glass door leading to a balcony with a daybed and an outdoor seating area (2PM).
Junior Suite Fabulous Bay-/Seaview
The extremely comfortable Fabulous Bay Junior Suites, surrounded by panoramic windows, are designed for two people and offer a blend of modern luxury and a fascinating view of the Ionian Sea.
With the same basic amenities as the "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview" double rooms, the Junior Suites feature an open-plan bathroom with a walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub, a sofa bed, and a large sliding glass door leading to a balcony with a daybed and an outdoor seating area (J2M).
WOW Suite Outdoor Jacuzzi Sea View
The very spacious WOW Suites are a home away from home. In addition to the same amenities as the "Fabulous Bay-/Seaview" double rooms, the suite features a king-size bed, a relaxation area with a sofa, a well-stocked minibar, an open-plan bathroom with a walk-in shower, double sinks, and a freestanding bathtub. Large sliding glass doors lead to a spacious, private balcony with an outdoor jacuzzi, a daybed, and an outdoor seating area (Y2J).
Note on Climate Resilience Levy
For stays from January 1, 2018, the Greek government charges a climate resilience levy, which must be paid by the guest on-site, similar to a tourist tax. The amount depends on the type/category of accommodation and, as of January 1, 2025, ranges from 0.50 Euros to 15 Euros per day per room.
