The hotel is situated at an altitude of 300 m. The Merano ski/hiking area is approx. 5 km away, and the town centre is about a 5-minute walk away.

The modern city hotel has 52 rooms, a restaurant, reception, Wi-Fi, sun terrace, "City" bar with coffee specialties, aperitifs, cocktails, wine bar, and an elevator.

The suites are modernly and comfortably furnished, approx. 44 sqm, and feature a living area with a double sofa bed and dining area, a separate bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, cosmetic mirror, toiletries, WC, shower, bidet, balcony, hairdryer, telephone, room safe, free Wi-Fi, bathrobe, air conditioning/underfloor heating (individually controllable), LCD TV (integrated radio), minibar (drinks and snacks for a fee), and tea station (with instant coffee and tea).
A wellness bag with a bathrobe, sauna towels, and slippers can be borrowed.
Upon request and for a one-time surcharge of €55, the kitchenette can be used.

The suites have the same amenities as the 2-Room City Suite, are approx. 48 sqm, and also offer an additional separate single room and, in some cases, a second bathroom.
