The modern hotel is very centrally located in the south of Pattaya. The well-known "Second Road" and "Thap Praya Road" are not far away. The famous "Pattaya Walking Street" can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot. The transfer time from Bangkok Airport is about 2 hours.

The new hotel, designed in a modern style, has a total of 78 guest rooms spread across seven floors. Hotel amenities include a 24-hour reception and a lobby area with seating.
