The well-maintained and spacious grounds of the Thai Garden Resort are located in the north of Pattaya, only about 900m from the beach. Pattaya's center can be reached in about a 10-minute taxi ride. Various shops, restaurants, and bars are in the immediate vicinity. The airport is approximately 120 km away.

The hotel, with German-speaking management, is very popular with families and regular guests. It features 227 rooms spread across the extensive grounds. Amenities include a lobby with a reception and seating areas. For culinary delights, the main restaurant offers international and Thai specialties. The meticulously maintained tropical garden area, covering approximately 25,000 m², features a spacious swimming pool with a separate children's pool, inviting guests to relax and unwind. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and bath towels are available free of charge by the pool.

The rooms are furnished in a modern Thai-Burmese style, covering approximately 30 m², with ceramic flooring and located on the ground or first floor. They feature a shower/WC, hairdryer, bathrobes/slippers, a queen-size bed and a single bed, air conditioning, telephone, cable TV, coffee/tea maker, safe, and a small terrace with seating and garden views (DSU/DSE).

Equipped like the Double Rooms Superior, but with a king-size bed and a single bed (D2G/DG1).
Also available at an additional charge with a pool view (PDD/PED).

These rooms are located throughout the garden and are furnished in a contemporary style. While offering the same amenities as the Double Rooms Superior, they are more spacious (approx. 49 m²) with a separate bedroom, located on the ground floor, and additionally equipped with a 2nd TV, a 2nd air conditioning unit, DVD player, and microwave (D2A/EDA).
Also available at an additional charge with a pool view (HB2/HB1).

Equipped like the Double Rooms Superior, but located in the bungalow buildings (2BD/1BD).
