The hotel is separated from the beach only by a road along the coast. The town center with numerous restaurants, shops and entertainment venues is just a few minutes' walk away. The airport is approx. 121 km away.

The resort, in typical "Hard Rock" style, offers a total of 323 guest rooms. Music memorabilia and accessories in various areas evoke memories of the greats of "Rock 'n' Roll" era. Amenities include a lobby with reception, games room, "e-Bar" lobby bar, and the "Hardrock Store". For culinary delights, there's the "Hardrock Cafe", several bars, and the "Starz Diner" restaurant (partially decorated in the 1950s style) offering Japanese, Thai, and international specialties. The well-kept outdoor area features a large adventure swimming pool with a sand lagoon, jacuzzis, and a children's pool with a waterslide. Sun loungers and mattresses are available free of charge by the pool.

The modern rooms (approx. 32 sqm) have a bathroom, shower/WC, hairdryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, telephone, safe, minibar (for a fee), coffee/tea making facilities, and a balcony with city view (D2C/SDE).
