The resort is situated on a peninsula with a sand/pebble beach. Bodrum town center with numerous shopping and entertainment facilities as well as restaurants and bars is approx. 16 km away, the nearest village is Yaliçiftlik, approx. 2 km away. Bodrum Airport is approx. 40 km away.

The holiday complex on approx. 120,000 m², surrounded by trees and terraces with sea view, offers a total of 288 rooms spread across a main building and 27 separate houses. The reception area features comfortable seating, and there is a lounge in the lobby. Other facilities include a buffet restaurant with a terrace, an à la carte restaurant with varied cuisine (open from May 20th to September 20th, requires reservation and may incur a fee), and several bars, an indoor pool, and an open-air disco. Wi-Fi is available in public areas free of charge. There are various shops, a hairdresser, and conference rooms, as well as a wellness and spa area, all available at a charge. The extensive outdoor area includes a main freshwater swimming pool and a pool with five water slides, as well as sun terraces. There is a jetty at the beach. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included for our guests.
