This holiday retreat, specially designed for adults, is located directly by the sandy bay of Bardakci with its sand/pebble beach and offers a magnificent view of the Bodrum fortress. The lively centre of Bodrum is approximately 900 m away, and public minibus connections are available nearby.

The terraced holiday hotel with its beautiful ambience offers a total of 150 rooms, spread across a multi-level hotel building. A spacious lobby with a reception, stylish seating areas, and a lobby bar are part of the service, as is the Mediterranean-style main restaurant with a terrace and wonderful views of the sea. Culinary delights can be enjoyed in the à la carte restaurant (included once per stay with table wine, reservation required), while the patisserie serves various pastries. Further amenities include Wi-Fi (included in all areas and rooms). A kiosk, a hair salon, and a modern wellness area are available for a fee. Located on the seaside, the outdoor area features a freshwater swimming pool and a pool bar. Sun loungers, cushions, parasols, and beach towels are provided free of charge here and at the hotel's private beach section, which also includes a beach bar, ice cream, and a fruit and vegetable stand.

The modern-style rooms are comfortably equipped and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, minibar, turndown service, laminate flooring, and no balcony (DO). Rooms with a balcony are available for an extra charge (D). DZ=Single use (DEO/DE).

With the same features as the double rooms, these also include a balcony with sea view (DM). DZ=Single use (DEM).

The rooms are comfortably equipped and offer a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct-dial telephone, safe, satellite TV with music channel, air conditioning (centrally controlled), Wi-Fi, minibar, turndown service, laminate flooring, and a small balcony (DSU). Guests booking these rooms receive a second à la carte use for stays of 10 nights or more, a 20% discount in the wellness area, a welcome cocktail upon arrival, wheelchair service if required, and one breakfast served in the room for stays of 22 nights or more.

The junior suites are tastefully furnished and approximately 53m² in size. The junior suites feature a living room, a separate bedroom, and are generally similar in equipment to the double rooms with a balcony (J2M).

Breakfast with freshly squeezed orange juice (two additional varieties depending on the season), lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, various snack variations throughout the day, coffee/tea and pastries in the patisserie from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., as well as a midnight snack (12 a.m. to 1 a.m.), plus sandwiches from 1 a.m. to 7 a.m. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the lobby bar. The minibar is refilled daily with water, soft drinks, and beer.
