The hotel is quietly located directly in a small bay with a gently sloping pebble beach. The center of the lively resort of Bodrum is about 8 km away, with public minibus and taxi connections available from the main road, 300 m away.

The holiday complex, integrated into a park-like garden landscape, offers 339 rooms spread across the main building with three floors and several two-story bungalows. A welcoming reception area with seating areas, a lobby bar, and a terrace invites you in. Additional amenities include a main restaurant with a terrace, two à la carte restaurants (one with panoramic sea views (from May 15th to October 15th, weather permitting, subject to availability and with prior reservation once per stay)), several bars, some shops (for a fee), conference rooms, and a beautifully designed wellness area with a sunlit indoor pool (closed from May 15th to October 15th and heated subject to weather conditions). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. In the well-kept garden with many mature trees, you will find the large swimming pool located by the sea, a separate children's pool with a small slide, sun terraces, sunbathing lawns, a bathing platform, and a pool/snackbar. Sun loungers, umbrellas, and beach towels are included here and at the beach.

The rooms are located in the main building and are tastefully furnished with a shower/WC, slippers and bathrobe on arrival, hairdryer, coffee/tea making facilities, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operational for limited hours and weather-dependent from May 15th to October 15th), minibar, LCD, satellite TV, safe, tiled floor, and balcony (D). The rooms are located in the bungalow buildings and, with otherwise identical facilities, feature air conditioning (centrally controlled, operational for limited hours and weather-dependent from May 15th to October 15th), tiled floor, and a balcony or terrace (DGD). Double room = Single room for single occupancy (G1Y).

The rooms have similar amenities to the Deluxe Garden Rooms, but with an extra living/sleeping area with a sofa bed (without a dividing door) (2GS). Double room = Single room for single occupancy (1GS).

The rooms are more spacious than the standard double rooms with similar amenities, feature a separate living area (with sofa bed) with a connecting door, and are located in the main/annex building (JS2).

Buffet breakfast (including fresh orange juice), lunch, and dinner, various snacks throughout the day, as well as coffee/tea and cake, and midnight snacks. A selection of local alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and some imported drinks are available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is restocked daily with soft drinks and still water.

Some imported drinks, fresh fruit juices, cellar and bottled wines, and all bottled beverages.

Two artificial grass tennis courts during the day with your own equipment, table tennis, backgammon and chess, darts, billiards, boules, and beach volleyball.

Turkish bath, sauna, and whirlpool are included. Massages and all treatments in the wellness area are available for a fee.
