The Kentia Suites Hotel is located about 2 km from the sand/pebble beach, with a free shuttle service available. The city of Antalya is about 65 km away and is worth a trip for shopping and sightseeing, as is Manavgat (approx. 10 km away). Further small shopping facilities are located about 800 m from the hotel. The nearest bars and restaurants can be reached on foot in about 500 m. The following attraction is also accessible from the hotel: Manavgat Waterfall (approx. 6 km). Taxis (approx. 10 m) and a bus stop (approx. 100 m away) are available for transportation. The airport (AYT) is approx. 64 km away.

The 4-story apartment and suite complex has 120 rooms spread across a main building and 3 ancillary buildings. It is equipped with a reception (check-in from 2 PM, check-out until 12 PM), a lobby with a bar, a total of 4 elevators, air conditioning, a hairdresser, a mini-market, and various other shops. Internet access can be used by hotel guests for a fee. The outdoor area of the modern hotel includes a fresh water pool with a children's pool. Sunshades and sun loungers are available free of charge. Refreshing drinks are available at the pool bar (open from 11 AM to 6 PM).

The cozy apartments with one bedroom and a living area are equipped with tiled floors, a kitchenette, heating (individually adjustable), a kettle (free of charge), a balcony, internet (for a fee), a safe (free of charge), and satellite TV, as well as individually adjustable air conditioning. The bathroom has a bathtub or shower (approx. 21 m², A12). Optionally also available with 2 bedrooms (A22).

The open-plan studios are similar in size and furnishings to the apartments, but the sleeping area is not separate and instead of a living area, there are small seating options (S12).

The "Angel Suite" with pool view is equipped with modern design elements and features a double bed or two single beds, air conditioning, TV, rental safe, Wi-Fi, and a bathroom with a bathtub or shower (SA).
