The well-known resort is located directly on the long sandy beach (slightly pebbly at the waterline) of the Lara tourist center. Chic shopping arcades are nearby, and the old town of Antalya is about 15 km away. Public bus connections are available.

The elegant, V-shaped holiday complex offers a total of 322 rooms spread across 12 floors. A stylish reception hall with a reception desk, elevators, chic seating areas, and a lobby bar warmly welcomes guests. Other facilities include the main restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one visit per week to one of the à la carte restaurants is included), further bars, a patisserie, a nightclub, two conference rooms, various shops (for a fee), a pleasant indoor pool (open in winter from November 1st to March 31st), and an attractive spa area. The well-maintained garden features a spacious pool landscape with a separate children's pool and three water slides (open seasonally from April 1st to October 31st, heated from March-April and October-November), sun terraces, and a pool/snackbar (from April 1st to October 31st). Sun loungers, umbrellas, and the first beach towel are included here and on the beach with a beach bar (free towel change per day). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel.

The attractive rooms offer a bathroom with a whirlpool function/WC or just a shower/WC, hairdryer, cosmetic mirror, direct dial telephone, LCD satellite TV with music channel, Wi-Fi, safe, air conditioning (centrally controlled), coffee/tea setup, minibar, laminate flooring, and a balcony with a side sea view (DMS). DZ=EZ for single occupancy (DES).

These rooms are identical to the double rooms with a bathroom with whirlpool function/WC, side sea view, and are slightly smaller (SSZ).

With the same amenities, including a bathroom with whirlpool function/WC or just a shower/WC and location as the double rooms, they offer an additional bedroom separated by a door, with a side sea view (FS2).

Breakfast with fresh orange juice, lunch and dinner from extensive buffets, late riser breakfast, various snacks, pastries, and ice cream at the patisserie during the day, as well as a midnight snack. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported beverages, are included 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. The minibar is stocked daily with soft drinks, soda, beer, and water.
