The holiday complex is located directly on the long pebble/sand beach in the Göynük holiday region. The center of Kemer with many shopping and entertainment opportunities is about 9 km away and easily accessible by public minibus or taxi.

The first-class hotel has a total of 456 rooms spread over six floors. Amenities include the elegant reception hall with a reception desk, a spacious lobby bar with cozy seating areas, elevators, a chic lobby lounge, further bars, the buffet restaurant with a terrace, various à la carte restaurants (one à la carte restaurant can be used once free of charge with prior reservation and subject to availability from 4 nights onwards, open from early May), various shops (for a fee), several conference rooms, the discotheque, a modern indoor pool with a separate children's pool (seasonal) and a well-equipped wellness center. Wi-Fi is free in the lobby area, and available for a fee in other areas. The well-maintained, spacious garden complex features a large freshwater pool landscape with a separate children's pool, another pool with water slides (weather permitting, open from May, for limited hours), a pool/snack bar and sun terraces, as well as another pool with a separate children's pool. Here and on the beach (weather permitting), with a bathing jetty that facilitates entry into the sea (weather permitting from approx. mid-May), guests are provided with loungers, mattresses, sunshades, and beach towels free of charge once a day (upon presentation of a bath towel card).

The comfortably furnished rooms are equipped with a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, air conditioning (centrally controlled, operated on an hourly basis), minibar, kettle, satellite TV with music channels, safe, carpet or laminate flooring, and a balcony with side sea view (DMS) or direct sea view (DM). In winter, rooms with side sea view and sea view can be booked for an additional charge. Double room for single use (DES/DEM).

These rooms are identical to the double rooms (SSZ).

These spacious maisonette-style rooms are located on the top floor and offer a combined living/sleeping area with a shower/WC downstairs, and a second sleeping area upstairs accessible via an open staircase. They feature side sea views (FS2).

Breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet. Various snacks and a midnight snack. Option to dine in one of the à la carte restaurants depending on availability and with prior reservation. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as some imported drinks, available 24 hours a day at the respective open bars. Freshly squeezed fruit juices for breakfast. The minibar is stocked with soft drinks and beer upon arrival and refilled daily. Room service available from 1 AM to 6 AM with a specific menu included. Wearing an All Inclusive wristband is mandatory.

Tennis during the day on a hard court, rental of tennis rackets and balls (with deposit), basketball, table tennis, darts, fitness room, beach volleyball, water polo, and water aerobics.

Turkish bath and sauna are included. Massages and all treatments in the well-equipped spa center are available for a fee.
