The hotel is located only about 100 meters from the well-known Kleopatra Beach, which can be reached by crossing the coastal road. The center of Alanya, about 1 km away, with its many shopping and entertainment opportunities, can be reached after a short walk or by public minibus connections and taxis.
The hotel can also be booked with Gazipasa Airport (GZP) as the destination airport; the distance is 43 km.

The well-known holiday hotel, redesigned, offers a total of 107 rooms on six floors (elevator available). The hotel facilities include a spacious, chic lobby with a reception, modern seating areas and lobby bar, the main restaurant, various bars, and a satellite TV room. Several shops, a hairdresser, an internet terminal (each for a fee), and a beautiful indoor pool (open only in winter). Wi-Fi is included throughout the hotel. The well-maintained garden area features a freshwater swimming pool with a separate children's pool and sun terrace. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free of charge; at the beach, however, they are subject to a fee.
Winter:
- Sun loungers and mattresses are available only on the sun terrace and are included.
- No entertainment program.

The modernly furnished rooms have a shower/WC, hairdryer, direct dial telephone, mini-fridge, safe (rental), LCD satellite TV, individually adjustable air conditioning, laminate flooring, and a balcony (D). DZ=EZ for single use (DE).

Breakfast and dinner from the hotel buffet. Drinks are subject to a charge.

When booking All Inclusive, you will receive breakfast, lunch, and dinner from the buffet, as well as coffee/tea and pastries in the afternoon. Various local alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are included from 10 am to 11 pm at the open bars. Wearing an All Inclusive bracelet is mandatory.
